Lewsitown A wooden combination passenger freight station was on the NE side of Depot Street south of Chestnut Street (GPS: 40.599651, -77.568772). Sometime between 1891 and 1904 the freight section was torn down leaving only a small building here as a passenger station. This was due to the construction of a new freight depot to the SW. This wooden station was replaced by the brick station listed below sometime between 1904 and 1910.

This Sunbury & Lewistown RR vintage brick station was on the south side of Chestnut Street on the north side of the tracks at GPS: 40.600095, -77.568284. This station was called "Lewistown" (or Borough Station) until 1919 when the "Lewistown Junction" station's name was shortened to "Lewistown." Thereafter, this station was known as "Lewistown-Chestnut Street.";
Lewistown This freight station was built between 1891 and 1904 and was on the south side of Wall Street between Depot Street and South Dorcas Street at GPS: 40.598924, -77.570078.
Lewistown A new, larger freight station was built between 1904 and 1910 and sat on the northern corner of South Dorcas and East Water Street at GPS: 40.598371, -77.570688.

A large brick hotel with a large wooden platform served as the original station at Lewistown Junction. After the hotel closed and the station was replaced, the building served as a freight/railway express agency building in later years until it was torn down in 1963.
