(Wheeler)
According to the 1915 GN Valuation Records, a new station was built here in 1905 that measured 31'x49'. The original station here was known as "Wheeler" until May 1900 when the name was changed to "Alberta."
morris This was probably the first GN station here.
morris This was most likely the second GN station here. It was moved in 1897 to a lot between 10th and 11th Streets, although it is not clear (from the article cited here) where it was before that (Morris Tribune, 10-13-1897)
morris  This passenger station was at the end of a spur on the corner of 8th Street and Atlantic Avenue.

Notes About Existing Stations...

Chokio (GN) - The original location of this station was between Main Street and 1st Street West. According to the 1915 GN Valuation Records, the station was built here in 1896 and measured 25'x50'.

Donnelly (GN) - The original location of this station was on Pacific Avenue between 3rd and 4th Streets.

Hancock (GN) - The original location of this station was on Pacific Avenue between 5th and 6th Streets. Where is it now? It has been sided and modified.

Morris (NP) - The original location of this station was on the north corner of Atlantic Avenue and 8th Street (near where DeToy's Restaurant is today). It was on a spur track that ended near 7th Street.
